Today is a special day. The paternal grandfather of my children turns 65!
He has multiple layers. Besides being a dedicated father and grandfather he is a poet at heart.
In his honor I have written a Haiku. I am no poet myself but it does come from the heart.
LUCKY I AM TO
HAVE ONE FATHER IN MY LIFE...
FORTUITOUS TWO
WHY DO I DESERVE
SUCH HONORS TO HAVE ANOTHER ?
NO ONE KNOWS THE TRUTH.
THOUGH HE MAY NEVER
KNOW OF MY TRUE GRATITUDE
ADMIRE I WILL DO.
